We recently bought our camper van, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The handling of the entire process was smooth and efficient, making everything incredibly easy for us.

I had upgrades to my T6, 240v trickle charge supplied and fitted, and Fiamma wind out awning also supplied and fitted. These guys work hard and deserve their business, I would highly recommend their services.

From our first conversation we had a good feeling. Emily listened to what we had in mind, what we thought we were looking for and what she felt would suit our needs. we did not even have a van at that point. Once this was achieved, we all set to work designing our home away from home, colours, materials, different options. There were lots of questions, always met with a smile and a willingness to get it right for us. Once we had a plan, a date was fixed , duration of the work and completion date.

The work was completed ahead of schedule, we were overwhelmed, the end result is fantastic, better than I imagined. We could not be happier. We have received lots of compliments on how smart it looks and works for us. If you are looking for someone to support and help you achieve something special and individual I wholeheartedly recommend speaking to Emily and Mark.

Thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting conversion work done on their van. I had my Transporter converted by Shadow Customs and they've done an amazing job! Such good quality parts and craftsmanship. Recently picked up our amazing campervan from Marc and Emily. From our initial discussions in October 2020, Emily and Marc have provided an exceptional level of service. With their expert knowledge and down to earth attitude, they were able to source the van for us and having chatted through what we wanted included in the conversion they were able to guide us through the options to ensure the final van was perfect for us.
