We use high quality 4 way stretch automotive carpet, this is available in a choice of colours. As part of our carpet lining package we custom make all panels including the ceiling in 6mm flexible ply. These are attached to the van using hidden clips. This future proofs the vehicle in the event future wiring is needed or the interior parts of all panels needs accessing. Our 2 stage carpet lining involves the initial layer to cover all metal work, we then carpet the panels to be fitted on top. This gives another layer of insulation and noise dampening. Insulation is added into the panel which is specifically designed for automotive use. It is moisture resistant and still allows air flow in the vehicles natural cavities.

We also have a wide selection of other materials that can be used to line the panels, this ranges from Alcantara to natural wood.

We use a wide variety of different products for sound deadening with the two most popular being SilentCoat and Dodomat. Sound deadening dampens structural vibrations, preventing rattles and creaks whilst also helping eliminate road and exterior noise. Silent Coat is extremely flexible ensuring each panel within your van is fully covered and insulated.

We offer this in three stages:

• Stage 1 - Wheel arches
• Stage 2 - Wheel arches, side panels including sliding doors and barn or tailgate doors.
• Stage 3 - Wheel arches, side panels including sliding doors and barn or tailgate doors. Rear ceiling, front doors, cab floor and ceiling.

We make custom floors for all makes and models, this is made from 12mm WBP moisture resistant plywood. Perfect for your van or camper. We also do a wide range of different floor coverings in a huge range of colours and finishes. This ranges from high end rubber flooring to high grade non slip vinyl.

We offer multiple different seat modifications. We can fit a M1 tested swivel underneath the factory fitted T5 and T6 double passenger seat. Simply unscrew the locking bolts, slide the seat back and rotate the seats.

We also offer a seat adaption bracket that allows your double passenger seat to fold flat forwards. The bracket fitted also adds a slight angle to the back of the seat making it more comfortable than the default upright position.

We offer all types of upholstery, from repairs to complete re trim of your seats and beds. We have 100s of different colours and materials to choose from. Fully custom so you can choose everything down to the thread colour and stitching type.

We carry out and instal all variety of electrical work. From simple LED lighting to full motorhome instals and power management systems. Common electrical systems would be Solar panels, battery to battery leisure systems, 230v hook up systems and mains chargers. We can also instal all types of leisure batteries... Lead Acid, AGM and Lithium.

We can install a choice of diesel heaters into your van or camper. These are housed in factory brackets that are on the underside of the vehicle, which shields the heater from the weather and any debris, this also is safer and will not take up any valuable space inside the vehicle. We also make custom seatbacks for the hot outlet, or can even build furniture to house these, this will depend on the conversion or vehicle it is being fitted to. These heaters come with thermostats or digital controllers. They also utilise the vehicles fuel tank and is fed from independent feeds on the vehicles fuel sender. This way you are not carrying additional fuel inside the vehicle and not interfering with the vehicles own fuel system. The brands we use are Ebersacher, Webasto and Planair.

If you like it loud and want a bespoke sound system we can help. From upgrading the built in speakers in the doors of the front cab, to installing new ones in the rear for your passengers.

We have a wide choice of complete black out curtains in various colours, these are high quality and vehicle specific to ensure the best fitment. We also offer VanShades which is black out blinds housed in window pods for various different vehicles. These give a high end finish and again available in lost of different colours and configurations.

We are authorised installers and suppliers of a wide variety of bed, from Rusty Lee MOT compliant beds to Fully tested RiB Alatair beds on rails. We can also offer custom upholstery to make existing upholstery or a complete redesign. We can also do custom embroidered logos, so if you have a family crest, favorite character or slogan, we can bring this to life in your upholstery.

We offer complete custom roof; this can range from natural wood panelling to a full halo lighting roof with fibre optics. We can also work with you on any ideas you have to bring your designs to life.

We can instal a number of different hot water boilers and offer all types of plumbing services, including sinks, full hot and cold showers and flushable toilets. We also have a large variety of underslung fresh and waste tanks to suit most vehicles and conversions, this is a great alternative to carry water bottles inside the vehicle, giving you valuable space back and utilising dead space under the vehicle.
